LEGO® Robotics

Lego Robotics education can act as a launchpad that helps students be better prepared for this daunting world of technology.  Students gain hands-on experience in designing and programming robots.  Students also apply their mathematical skills such as estimating, measuring distance, time and speed.  21st Century skills are naturally infused into the program, providing students with the opportunities to practice critical and creative thinking, collaboration (teamwork), and communication.  Furthermore, through constant troubleshooting and revising, they are exposed to early problem-solving strategies.

Lego Robotics is utilized in the 6/7/8 grade classroom.  Ms. Gonzales has a vast knowledge of Lego Robotics.
